Our personnel are well trained, experienced personally and professionally and insured. In addition, our in-house orientation and training program ensures that our caregivers are consistently renewing their capabilities, ensuring exceptional, tailored support.

Our founders bring natural business acumen, strong leadership qualities, and exceptional interpersonal skills to Open Hands Home Care. Their dedication to home care is drawn from personal experience and observation of gaps in client care within the industry and even at a personal level. Evaluating the holistic dynamics involved in client care and acknowledging that most clients are usually not satisfied with the care they receive, due to a variety of factors, the founders of Open Hands decided to make it their core value and mission to address these gaps. Every case and client - prospecting and existing, feeds into our system of Continuous Improvement Program, where we evaluate and dissect the information, ensuring that concerns are addressed, and improvements are continually made.
